Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-­9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Baohung Jewelry has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility. 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with USPS for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address.

Baohung Jewelry can not be held responsible for wrong doings by USPS or by stolen packages left at your address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please send us an email at baohungjewelry@gmail.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Baohung Jewelry. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Baohung Jewelry has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
We will only ship to address provided at checkout.
